Her work has been included in many museum exhibitions and national juried shows across the country and she was honored with the Grand Prize in the AWA National Exhibition at the Steamboat Art Museum in 2019. Her work has also been featured in several books and magazines.

Artist's Statement:

If there’s a common thread that runs through my work, I’d have to say it’s a sense of peacefulness. Whether the subject is the bond between horse and human, an untouched landscape under a golden sun, or fresh flowers from the garden… perhaps I can offer the viewer a moment of tranquility in his or her busy life.

Winning the Purchase Award has such enormous significance for me, it’s every artist’s dream to be in a museum and my work, Lee’s Ferry Landing, will be at the Tucson Desert Art Museum for as long as I live. I’m so thankful to the American Women Artists for that opportunity.”
